Company records · Pilot setup
Bring the records that turn a supply headline into a delivery question.
Your existing systems hold the operating facts. Veyro uses the authorized records you supply to help review what connects and what still needs checking.
01
Choose one question
For example: could a terminal restriction affect deliveries linked to this shipment?
02
Supply the relevant records
A dated notice, shipment reference, planned discharge and linked delivery requests. Include missing or unconfirmed fields explicitly.
03
Agree mapping and access
Confirm record identifiers, relationships, organization access and the permitted model provider before using private information.
04
Inspect the resulting review
Check the supporting records, possible consequence and remaining unknowns. Retain the checks your team needs to resolve.
A useful first input
- Shipment reference
- DEMO-SHIP-01
- Delivery record
- Names that shipment; requested date 24 October.
- What it lets you check
- Which delivery request to review if the shipment’s discharge plan changes.
Sample record. A reference establishes a recorded link, not a confirmed delay.
Inspect the exact example record →Supported connection paths
Reviewed JSON, CSV and text records, or authenticated API ingestion. REST polling supports bounded pagination and checkpoints.
Provider-specific authentication, field mapping and database change capture require setup. Native ERP adapters and extraction from binary PDF or Office files are not established by this path.
Agree permitted sources and licensing for external feeds. Supplying records does not repair stock counts or verify the source system’s accuracy.
Who can access the records? →Start with one authorized episode.
Describe the question and where the relevant records live. We can review the connection path and access scope before a pilot. Keep sensitive information out of the public enquiry form.
