Optional analytics

Veyro uses first-party analytics only when you allow it. You can use the product without allowing analytics.

This notice covers optional product analytics. For public descriptions, private company records and model processing, read data and trust →

What we measure

Page visits, starting scenarios, evidence interactions, completed analyses, feature use, return visits and technical timings. Campaign codes and the referring domain help us understand how people find Veyro. We store an anonymous browser identifier. If you sign in, that identifier can be associated with your account and verified organization.

We do not put questions, conversation text, uploaded records, company documents, passwords, API keys or raw IP addresses into product analytics. We do not record screens, keystrokes or mouse movements. We use coarse browser family and screen-size categories, not fingerprinting.

Your choices

Analytics is off until you allow it. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep it off. Withdrawing permission stops collection and removes the analytics identifier from this browser. Deleting this browser’s analytics also removes its stored history. Account deletion removes linked analytics through database deletion rules.

Access and retention

Only explicitly authorized internal administrators can see the learning dashboard. Raw events and sessions are retained for up to 90 days, and inactive browser identity records for up to 180 days. Essential authentication, security limits and product storage are separate from optional analytics. Terms for private company data and its service providers are agreed for each supported pilot.
